Charkop & Gorai - Two localities rapidly developed by MHADA allotted society plots and world bank aid. Both projects were simultaneously taken up and completed between two consecutive monsoons. In the crowded areas of rapid development both projects stand out on their own.
These projects were created when most of Charkop was a wilderness & Gorai was no more than a dumping ground. Even today the projects stand out among the newly constructed builings in the area.
